Arched Wrought Iron Door With Grape Vine Design and Stone Surround
Overview
Design of a Colorado wine cellar door with design for traditional american homes.
Description
The door is constructed of dark metal, likely wrought iron. It features an arched top with multiple rectangular glass panes above the main door section. The main door has an elaborate, symmetrical ironwork design with grape vine and leaf motifs. A central escutcheon-like element is present, with two vertical handles. The door is flanked by vertical rectangular glass panes on each side. The door frame is also dark metal and incorporates the glass panes. The surrounding wall is constructed of roughly cut, multi-colored stones ranging in shades of brown, gray, and tan. The entryway floor is made of large, irregularly shaped flagstones surrounded by small gravel. There are two small stone benches flanking the entryway, each with a potted evergreen plant on top.
