Arched Dark Wood Door With Lion Knocker and Geometric Relief
Overview
Design of a black front door with design for spanish colonial homes.
Description
The door is a dark color, almost black, with an arched top. The door's surface is decorated with a pattern of raised squares and rectangles, arranged in a grid-like fashion, and secured by what appear to be rivets. A lion's head door knocker is positioned in the center of the door. Below the knocker is a smaller, possibly matching, escutcheon and handle. The door frame is dark and arched. Above the door frame, there is a dark horizontal beam. Above the beam is a rectangular stone carving. The wall is a textured, light orange or peach color. Two terracotta pots containing succulents flank the door. The ground is paved with reddish-brown bricks in a running bond pattern.
