Rustic Red Plank Wooden Door With Iron Handle and Southwestern Accents
Overview
Design of a red front door with design for southwestern homes.
Description
The door is a solid, vertically planked wooden structure, painted red. It features three visible dark-colored metal studs or rivets evenly spaced along its vertical center. A decorative, dark-colored wrought iron handle is horizontally mounted near the center of the door, with a simple vertical pull handle to its right. The door frame is made of weathered wood. Above the door frame is a decorative lintel consisting of a weathered wooden beam with three cylindrical wooden extensions along its top edge, each showing a circular cross-section with concentric rings. A row of square, decorative tiles with a recurring geometric pattern borders the top and sides of the door frame. These tiles have a turquoise background with brown and cream-colored accents. The door is set into a stucco wall painted in a light peach or tan color. The wall features rounded corners, typical of Southwestern architecture. Cacti are present on both sides of the door, adding to the Southwestern aesthetic. The ground in front of the door is a light grey concrete.
