Description
The door is bright red and has a rectangular shape with a large, vertically oriented oval window in the upper section. The window features a black, ornate metalwork design behind the glass. The lower section of the door is divided into two rectangular panels. A brass kick plate is attached to the bottom of the door. The door frame is white, with fluted pilasters on either side and a decorative pediment above the door, which includes a transom window. The transom window is arched and has a clear glass pane above the door. On either side of the door are narrow, vertical sidelight windows with decorative glass. The surrounding wall is constructed of light brown and gray stone. Two large planters sit on either side of the door, each filled with ferns and flowering plants with red, white, and pink blossoms. A dark doormat is positioned in front of the door. The hardware, including the door handle and lock, is dark bronze.
