Arched Double Door With Decorative Ironwork and Sidelights 1
Overview
Design of a Georgia arched double with mediterranean scrollwork design for coastal homes.
Description
The door is a double door made of dark wood with a glossy finish. Each door panel features an arched top and a decorative, black ironwork overlay on glass. The ironwork consists of swirling, floral-like patterns. Flanking each door are sidelights with matching black ironwork on glass, set within a white frame. Above the door and sidelights is a semi-circular transom window also filled with black ironwork. The transom window's ironwork has a fan-like pattern emanating from a central point. A white architrave with a simple molding surrounds the entire door and transom structure. The door frame is white. The door is set into a light tan stucco wall. There are black shutters visible on the wall to the left and right of the door. On either side of the steps leading to the door are large white urns filled with greenery, including topiaries. A patterned doormat lies in front of the door. The steps and walkway are made of brick.
