Arched Mediterranean Double Doors With Wrought Iron and Glass Inlay
Overview
Design of a Georgia wrought iron single with partial scroll design for modern homes. With weathered copper.
Description
A grand, arched entryway features double wooden doors flanked by sidelights and topped by a matching arched transom. All sections are filled with decorative wrought iron scrollwork and clear glass. The doors are a dark, rich brown with a semi-gloss finish, and each door has a vertical, elongated, dark metal handle. The sidelights are narrower versions of the doors, mirroring the design. The transom window above is a larger, more elaborate version of the wrought iron design. The doorframe and surrounding archway are a light beige color. The wall adjacent to the door is a similar light beige. Dark bronze sconces flank the door, providing symmetrical lighting. The architectural style appears to be Mediterranean or Tuscan. A brown trim piece separates the wall from the archway. The door is situated on a light-colored stone or concrete landing. A circular inlaid stone design is centered in front of the door.
