Description
A grand, dark wood double door entrance featuring an arched transom window above. The doors themselves have an oval glass insert in each, decorated with intricate iron scrollwork. Flanking the doors are narrow side lights also adorned with similar iron scrollwork over glass. The transom window echoes the arched shape of the doorway and continues the iron scrollwork theme. The door frame is dark wood, matching the doors. The exterior wall is a smooth, light beige stucco. Two ornate, black wrought iron lantern-style sconces are mounted on either side of the door. Below, two black urn-shaped planters filled with green shrubbery frame the entrance. A decorative doormat with a circular design lies at the foot of the steps leading to the door. The overall architectural style suggests a Mediterranean or Tuscan influence. The steps are concrete and lead up to a small landing. There are small black rectangular objects on the wall to the right of the door, possibly a doorbell or intercom system.
