Arched Double Door With Decorative Glass, Sidelights, and Transom Window 1
Overview
Design of a Indiana glass paneled with french lattice design for southwestern homes. With antique gold.
Description
The door is a large, double-door entrance with a prominent arched transom window above. The door itself is made of wood, stained in a warm, medium-brown color. Each door panel features decorative glass inserts with an intricate, stylized floral and geometric pattern in black metalwork. The door also has raised panel detailing at the bottom. Flanking each side of the main doors are narrower, matching side lights with similar decorative glass and paneling. Above the door is a large, semi-circular arched window. The window is filled with clear glass and adorned with an elaborate, black metal scrollwork design radiating outwards like sun rays. A decorative gold-colored fretwork detail runs along the base of the arched window. The entire door assembly is set within a deep, arched entryway. The arch is constructed from a light beige stucco material, matching the rest of the building's facade. A small, rectangular keystone element sits at the top of the arch.
