Mediterranean Double Entry Door With Wrought Iron Grille and Arched Transom
Overview
Design of a Kentucky wrought iron arched double with ornate design for craftsman homes. With pewter.
Description
a grand, double entry door with a Mediterranean or Tuscan-inspired architectural style. The doors themselves are made of dark-stained wood, possibly mahogany or a similar hardwood, and feature an arched top design. Each door is divided into two main sections, with the upper section containing an elaborate wrought iron grille with swirling, decorative patterns. The lower sections of the doors are solid wood panels. Flanking each door are narrow sidelights, also featuring the same wrought iron grille pattern in their upper sections. Above the doors and sidelights is a large, arched transom window, also filled with a matching wrought iron design, enhancing the overall ornate and decorative effect. The door frame and surrounding architectural elements are finished in a light beige or cream-colored stucco. The door is set within a slightly recessed entryway. The hardware on the door appears to be dark-colored, likely wrought iron or a similar metal, complementing the grille design. The exterior of the house is visible, revealing a light beige stucco exterior. Dark brown gutters and window frames add contrast. Lantern-style light fixtures flank the door on either side. A brown doormat with a geometric pattern lies in front of the doors on the white concrete walkway.
