Elaborate Ironwork Glass Door With Weathered Wood Frame and Stone Entryway
Overview
Design of a Maryland wine cellar door with design for cape cod homes.
Description
The door is a dark metal frame encasing a transparent glass panel. An elaborate, decorative ironwork design is affixed to the glass. The ironwork features a swirling, vine-like pattern with leaves and heart-shaped motifs. The door frame is flanked by weathered, unfinished wooden posts. The surrounding entryway is constructed of irregularly shaped, gray and brown stones. Above the door, a similar wooden beam spans the width of the stone facade. The roof above is made of gray slate tiles. The walkway leading to the door is paved with small, rectangular cobblestones. Hydrangea bushes with blue and white flowers grow on either side of the walkway. The interior visible through the glass reveals wooden wine barrels.
