Elegant Black Wood Door With Leaded Glass Sidelights and Transom

Overview

Design of a Massachusetts glass paneled with partial scroll design for coastal homes. With graphite.

Description

The door is a dark, likely black or very dark blue, solid wood design with raised panels. It features a classic rectangular shape with a prominent knocker in the center of the upper panel. On either side of the main door are narrow sidelights with decorative leaded glass featuring geometric patterns. Above the door and sidelights is a semicircular transom window, also with leaded glass in a radiating, sunburst-like pattern. The door is framed by a substantial white archway supported by fluted white columns on either side. The archway includes decorative molding and a keystone element at the top. Recessed lighting is installed above the door within the archway. A brass-colored door handle is visible. There is a small beige doormat in front of the door. Two large, dark-colored urns containing green plants flank the entrance steps. The steps are made of light-colored stone.
