Arched Double Doors With Ornate Ironwork and Sidelights
Overview
Design of a Massachusetts wrought iron double with asian-inspired design for minimalist homes. With gloss black.
Description
The door is a double door made of black metal or a dark-stained wood. Each door has a central panel with an arched top, containing a tall, narrow window. The windows are decorated with ornate black ironwork featuring swirling and geometric designs. Flanking each door are sidelights, also with arched tops and similar decorative ironwork over glass. Above the doors and sidelights is a large, arched transom window filled with elaborate black iron scrollwork. The doorframe is off-white or light beige, creating a strong contrast with the black doors. The entrance is set within a shallow archway, also in the same off-white color. The door hardware consists of long, vertical black handles. The architectural style suggests a Mediterranean or Spanish influence. A rectangular doormat with a light brown background and a black diamond shape in the center is placed in front of the doors on a gray stone walkway.
