Arched Double Entry Doors With Wrought Iron and Classical Portico
Overview
Design of a Massachusetts wrought iron glass paneled with mediterranean scrollwork design for victorian homes. With charcoal.
Description
A grand, double entry door system painted in a dark, possibly black, color dominates the facade. The doors themselves are arched at the top with an ornate wrought iron design overlaid on clear glass panes. Smaller vertical window panels flank each side of the double doors, also featuring the same wrought iron design over glass. Above the doors is a large, semi-circular transom window with an elaborate radiating wrought iron pattern. A bold, black arched casing frames the transom and the doors. The entire door system is sheltered by a small portico supported by two white, classical-style columns with decorative capitals and bases. The exterior walls are a warm tan color. Black window frames complement the door system. Small, traditional wall-mounted lanterns are positioned on either side of the door. The entrance is accessed by a stone paver walkway, leading to a simple welcome mat placed in front of the doors.
