Ornate Charcoal Entry Door Design for Michigan Craftsman Homes
Overview
Design of a Michigan front entry door with ornate design for craftsman homes. With charcoal.
Description
The door is a dark, rich brown color, appearing to be made of wood. It has a unique, asymmetrical design with vertical panels and curved sections. There are decorative wrought iron inserts with intricate scrollwork in several areas of the door. Flanking the door on either side are sidelights, also featuring wrought iron designs and glass panels. Above the door is a large arched transom window, also with wrought iron detailing. The door is framed by white pillars with ornate Corinthian capitals. Above the transom window is a dark gray or charcoal-colored wall. A black hanging lantern is centered above the transom. Two black sconces are mounted on the wall, one on either side of the door frame. The door is set on a stone tile porch with a patterned rug in front of it. Two potted green shrubs flank the entrance.
