Description
The door is a double door entry, painted black, with a modern craftsman or contemporary style. It features a large arched transom window above, divided into rectangular panes by black mullions. The double doors themselves are also divided into rectangular panes of glass, separated by black mullions. Flanking the doors on either side are sidelights, also with the same rectangular pane and black mullion design. The door hardware is black. The door frame and trim are bright white, contrasting with the black door and the gray siding of the house. The siding is horizontal lap siding. Two decorative black sconces are mounted on the siding, one on each side of the door. Below the door is a gray stone or concrete porch, with a rectangular natural fiber doormat with a navy blue border. Two black planters with rounded evergreen shrubs are placed symmetrically at the base of the porch steps. The overall architectural style suggests a modern farmhouse or transitional design.
