Arched Wooden Entry Door With Sidelights, Scrollwork, and Traditional Lanterns
Overview
Design of a Minnesota wrought iron arched single with partial scroll design for korean modern homes. With matte black.
Description
The door is a large, arched, custom-designed entryway featuring a dark, possibly black, paneled wooden door as the central element. The door itself is vertically paneled with a larger lower panel and smaller upper panel. Surrounding the door are sidelights and an arched transom, both filled with intricate, dark metal scrollwork and clear glass. The archway is framed by a light beige or cream-colored stucco or plaster wall, extending to form the surrounding facade. The door frame and metalwork are a consistent dark color, creating a strong contrast with the light-colored wall. Flanking the door are two traditional-style lanterns mounted on the wall. The architectural style appears to be a blend of traditional and ornate, possibly Italianate or Mediterranean-inspired. The doormat is rectangular, tan with a dark brown border and dark brown floral design in the center. The walkway leading to the door is paved with light gray stone. Windows on either side of the door feature black frames.
