Overview
Design of a Mississippi barn door with mediterranean scrollwork design for spanish colonial homes. With antique gold.
Description
The door is a double door design, constructed primarily of wood with glass panels and decorative ironwork. The wood has a rich, dark brown, possibly stained finish, with variations suggesting natural wood grain. Each door features a large, arched glass panel in the upper portion, flanked by two narrow, vertical glass panels on either side. The glass panels are adorned with intricate black iron scrollwork, forming floral and geometric patterns. Above the doors is a matching arched transom window with similar iron scrollwork. The doors have long, simple black handles. The door frame is arched and surrounded by a wide, white molding that extends out from the wall. The wall is a warm, light beige or tan color. On either side of the door are ornate, black sconces with amber glass, emitting a warm light. Below the door is a brick walkway in various shades of tan and brown, laid in a running bond pattern. A rectangular doormat with a dark emblem lies in front of the door. Green shrubbery is planted on either side of the walkway.
