Description
The door is a double door set within an arched opening. The doors are dark wood, possibly stained mahogany or a similar rich, dark wood. Each door features a central panel of clear glass overlaid with ornate, black wrought iron scrollwork. The scrollwork includes floral and geometric motifs. Above the doors is a semi-circular transom window, also filled with similar wrought iron detailing. The archway surrounding the door is constructed of light-colored stone, possibly limestone or travertine. The arch is topped with a keystone. Flanking the door are decorative columns or pilasters made of the same light-colored stone, with carved details at the top. Black, vintage-style lantern sconces are mounted on the wall on either side of the door. The wall is textured and painted a warm, earthy tone, possibly stucco. Two large, ornate terracotta planters filled with green shrubs sit at the base of the steps leading to the door. The steps are made of light-colored stone with a pinkish-red patterned paving in front.
