Arched Mahogany Entry Door With Leaded Glass Sidelights and Transom

Overview

Design of a Montana french door with full scroll design for mid-century modern homes. With weathered copper.

Description

The door is a rich, dark wood, possibly mahogany or a similar hardwood. It features a central arched glass panel with a decorative leaded glass design. Below the glass panel are two raised rectangular wood panels. Flanking the main door are two narrower sidelight panels, also with decorative leaded glass designs, and smaller raised rectangular wood panels at the bottom. Above the main door and sidelights is a large arched transom window, also with decorative leaded glass. The door is framed by a large white archway with simple, classical architectural detailing. The archway is supported by two white columns on either side of the door, with simple bases and capitals. The building's exterior is a light tan color with a slightly textured finish. Two ornate, dark bronze wall sconces flank the archway, one on each side. A wooden mat lies on the gray stone entryway. Two green bushes are planted on either side of the entryway.
