Overview
Design of a Montana wrought iron double with mediterranean scrollwork design for french provincial homes. With pure white.
Description
The door is a double door design, constructed of dark, possibly black-painted wood or a composite material, and iron or wrought iron. Each door features a top arched panel filled with clear glass and an intricate black iron scrollwork design. Below the glass panel is a solid door section with raised panel detailing. Narrow vertical panels flank each door, also featuring the same iron scrollwork and glass. The handles are long, vertical, and black, likely made of iron or a similar metal. Above the doors is a large arched transom window filled with more of the ornate black iron scrollwork against a clear glass background. The entire door assembly is framed by a black, curved archway. Flanking the door are two white, fluted columns with decorative capitals and bases. Small, black, lantern-style sconces are mounted on the wall next to each column. A rectangular welcome mat with a tan center and a black border sits in front of the door. The overall style suggests a blend of classical and ornamental design.
