Arched Double Doors With Decorative Glass in Stone Archway
Overview
Design of a New Mexico glass paneled with french lattice design for spanish colonial homes. With antique gold.
Description
The door is a double door design with an arched top. The door panels are solid, likely wood or a wood composite, and finished in a medium bronze or brown color. Each door features decorative glass panels with an intricate, symmetrical design of curves and floral motifs, outlined by thin dark metal or leading. Above the doors is a semicircular transom window also filled with decorative glass, echoing the design of the door panels but with a radial pattern that suggests a stylized sunburst. The transom is bordered by an arched white stone or plaster frame. The door is set within a stone archway. The archway is constructed of rough-hewn, light-colored stones with varying shapes and sizes. The stone extends to the sides of the door, creating two columns. The entryway is flanked by traditional, lantern-style wall sconces in dark metal. The architectural style is reminiscent of Mediterranean or Tuscan design. The overall color palette is warm, with earthy tones from the stone and brown door contrasting with the lighter stucco of the building facade.
