Double French Doors With Sidelights, Dark Gray Frame, and Southwestern Style
Overview
Design of a New Mexico patio door with industrial grid design for mid-century modern homes. With pure white. ornate decoration.
Description
The door is a double French door style, composed of two large glass panes each, framed by narrow wooden stiles and rails. The door frame is a dark gray color that contrasts with the surrounding wall. Flanking each side of the double doors are narrow, full-height sidelights, also with large glass panes and dark gray frames. A dark gray lintel spans the top of the door and sidelights. The door hardware, including the handle and lock, appears to be dark, likely black or a dark bronze. The surrounding wall is a warm, muted yellow or tan color, typical of Southwestern architecture. The doors are recessed slightly into the wall. Rectangular sconce lights are mounted on the wall, one on each side of the door. The windows on either side of the door have the same dark gray frame and the same yellow/tan stucco surround. The overall architectural style suggests a modern interpretation of Pueblo Revival or Southwestern design.
