Description
The door is a grand, arched entryway painted black. Above the main door is a semi-elliptical transom window with a sunburst pattern of clear glass panes separated by thin black mullions. The door itself is paneled, with a central rectangular pane of glass featuring an ornate diamond and linear pattern with frosted or textured glass. Flanking the main door are two sidelights, each with a similar vertical rectangular pane of decorative glass over a raised panel. The door has a polished brass handle. The entire door assembly is framed by a large, white, arched surround, supported by fluted pilasters on either side. The pilasters have decorative capitals and bases. The exterior wall is clad in grey stacked stone. Two traditional lantern-style sconces are mounted on the stone wall, one on each side of the door. A rectangular doormat with a diamond pattern lies on the grey stone landing at the base of the steps leading to the door.
