Arched Mahogany Double Door With Leaded Glass and Stone Facade

Overview

Design of a Rhode Island solid panel with partial scroll design for mountain lodge homes. With pewter.

Description

The door is a double door made of wood, possibly mahogany or a similar rich-toned wood. It has a curved or arched top. Each door panel features vertical grooves and a decorative wrought iron or metal overlay design on the glass. The door frame is also made of wood and matches the door's color. Flanking the main doors are sidelights with similar glass and metal designs. Above the door and sidelights is a large arched transom window with an elaborate geometric and floral-inspired metal design within the glass. The architectural style is reminiscent of Craftsman or a rustic, upscale design. The door is under a gabled porch roof extension with dark brown exposed rafters and support brackets. The house's exterior is a light beige or cream color. The base of the house is constructed with stacked stones in varying shades of gray and tan. The step leading up to the door is paved with large, irregular stone slabs. Two outdoor sconce lights are mounted on either side of the door.
