Elegant Mahogany Double Door With Leaded Glass and Arched Entryway

Overview

Design of a South Carolina barn door with arabesque pattern design for japanese zen homes. With pewter.

Description

The door is a dark stained wood, possibly mahogany or a similar hardwood. It is a double door design with each door featuring two vertical rectangular glass panels above a solid wood panel. The glass panels have intricate wrought iron or decorative metal detailing within them, forming diamond and floral-like patterns. Above the double doors is a matching transom window, also with the same decorative metalwork. The entire door assembly is framed by a substantial white archway supported by two fluted, square columns on either side. The arch is gentle and wide. Two black, vintage-style lanterns flank the door on the exterior wall. The exterior walls are light grey horizontal siding. The door is set within a light blue flagstone patio, and a rectangular tan-colored doormat with a black border sits in front of the door.
