Arched Mahogany Double Doors With Glass Panes and Sidelights
Overview
Design of a South Carolina barn door with geometric pattern design for french country homes. With oil-rubbed bronze.
Description
The door is a double-door design with a dark wood finish, likely stained mahogany or a similar rich brown. Each door panel features a traditional style with vertical recessed panels at the bottom and an arched top section containing multiple panes of glass arranged in a grid pattern. The door is flanked by narrow sidelights, also with a grid of glass panes. Above the door and sidelights is a large arched transom window, also filled with a grid of glass panes in a radiating pattern. The entire door assembly is framed by dark-colored trim, matching the door's finish. This dark trim is further surrounded by white, fluted columns on either side. The architecture above the door includes a peaked roof element, matching the dark trim color, which contrasts with the light beige or cream-colored facade of the building. The door hardware consists of long, dark-colored handles. The design incorporates elements of traditional and craftsman styles.
