Description
The door is a dark, possibly stained wood, likely mahogany or a similar hardwood, with a vertical plank design. The door features a half-round arched top with a decorative wreath hanging in the center. It has two vertical recessed panels. The door hardware includes a dark-colored handle set. Flanking the door are two sidelights, each divided into multiple panes of glass by dark mullions. Above the door and sidelights is a transom window, also divided into multiple panes. The door frame and surrounding trim are painted a crisp white, contrasting with the dark door. A dark-colored, decorative canopy extends over the door, supported by dark brackets. The canopy has a slightly scalloped edge. The exterior wall is clad in horizontal white siding. On either side of the door are black, rectangular planters containing small, trimmed evergreen trees. Two bronze or dark metal lantern-style sconces are mounted on the wall flanking the door. The porch floor is paved with light grey or blue-grey square tiles. The house number or initial "K" is visible on the siding to the right of the door. A rectangular doormat is positioned in front of the door.
