Description
The entryway features a double door made of a dark-stained wood, each door panel containing a tall, vertically-oriented oval window. An ornate, black wrought-iron grille overlays the glass in both the main doors and in a semicircular transom window above. The ironwork design includes swirling patterns and a central diamond-shaped element. The door frame and the arched pediment above are painted a bright white, providing a strong contrast to the dark door and the dark exterior wall. The pediment is supported by fluted pilasters on either side of the door. Two ornate, bronze-colored sconces flank the doorway on the dark wall. Two black urns containing rounded green bushes sit on either side of the doorstep. A rectangular coir doormat lies in front of the doors. The ground is paved with gray rectangular stones.
