Design of a Washington arched double with classic scrollwork design for mediterranean homes. With industrial gray. ornate decoration.
Description
A grand, arched double entry door is the focal point of the facade. The door is a dark grey or charcoal color and appears to be constructed of wood, possibly with a metal frame. Each door panel features a large glass insert, overlaid with an intricate, ornate wrought iron design. The wrought iron design is primarily composed of scrolls and floral motifs. Above the double doors is a similarly arched transom window, also featuring a wrought iron design that mirrors and complements the door design. The door is framed by a light tan or beige architrave that matches the exterior wall color. Above the architrave is a keystone-like architectural detail. Flanking the door are two ornate, vintage-style wall-mounted lanterns with amber-colored glass. The building exterior is a smooth, stucco-like material. The door is set on a paved walkway of dark grey interlocking stones. Two small, rounded evergreen shrubs are positioned symmetrically on either side of the walkway, near the door. A plain brown doormat sits in front of the door. To the sides of the doorframe, glimpses of black window shutters are visible.
