Wrought Iron Grape Vine Double Doors With Clear Glass in Gabled Portico
Overview
Design of a West Virginia wine cellar door with design for modern farmhouse homes.
Description
The entrance consists of double doors constructed of black metal framing clear glass panels. Each door features a symmetrical wrought iron design of intertwined grape vines with leaves and clusters of grapes. The doors are centered within a gabled portico. The portico's roof is constructed of the same dark metal as the building's roof, and the supporting structure is made of unfinished wood. The building's facade is clad in vertical wooden planks that are weathered to a light brown-gray color. The base of the building is brick that is painted white. Flanking the entrance are identical copper-colored lanterns with a visible light source. The walkway leading to the entrance is paved with irregularly shaped, light-colored flagstones. Square planters filled with greenery and flowers are positioned on either side of the walkway, adjacent to the doors.
