Arched Wrought Iron Double Door With Decorative Scrollwork and Stone Surround
Overview
A grand entrance featuring a double door with arched top and semi-circular window, flanked by lanterns and surrounded by stone and pavers.
Description
The door is a double door, constructed of a dark-colored metal, possibly wrought iron or steel. It has an arched top with a large semi-circular window above the main doors. The window is divided into multiple triangular panes by dark metal mullions. The main portion of each door is also arched and features a decorative metal scrollwork design over a lower panel. Each door has a vertical handle. The doors are set within an arched stone doorway. The stone is light beige or tan and is arranged in a brick-like pattern. Above the arch is a horizontal band of the same stone. Flanking the door are two identical black metal lanterns mounted on the stone wall. A third identical lantern is mounted above the arch. The door is flanked by two windows with white frames and multiple panes. There are two potted evergreen shrubs flanking the entrance. The walkway leading to the door is made of reddish-brown pavers.
