Arched Double Doors With Wrought Iron, Transom, and Mediterranean Style
Overview
Design of a California wrought iron arched double with geometric pattern design for european classic homes. With oil-rubbed bronze.
Description
The door is a double door design, likely made of dark stained wood or a material mimicking dark wood, with a prominent arched transom window above. The transom window features an intricate black wrought iron design with geometric and floral-like patterns. The doors themselves have matching wrought iron designs covering the glass panels, with a decorative diamond-shaped element in the center of each. The lower portion of each door has a raised panel detail. Sleek, vertical, dark-colored door handles are installed. The entire doorway is framed by a large, off-white or light beige arched stucco surround. Flanking the door are narrow sidelights, also with wrought iron and glass. The building exterior is a light brown or beige stucco. On either side of the door, mounted on the wall, are ornate black lanterns with wire cages around the bulbs. The entryway has a tiled surface, possibly slate, in varying shades of gray. A semi-circular brown doormat with a black decorative emblem is placed in front of the door. The overall architectural style appears to be Mediterranean or Tuscan inspired.
