Description
The door is a solid wood, dark brown color, with a paneled design. It features a central rectangular panel on the bottom half, and a larger rectangular panel on the upper half, adorned with a brass lion head knocker. A horizontal brass mail slot is located below the upper panel. The door has a brass handle and lock mechanism on the right side. Two narrow vertical glass panels flank the main door. Above the door is a semi-circular transom window with decorative sunburst-style mullions. The door is framed by two fluted pilasters, each topped with Corinthian capitals. Above the pilasters is a decorative entablature, and above that is a triangular pediment. The door is set into a red brick facade with two white-framed windows on either side. Three stone steps lead up to the door. On either side of the steps are stone planters filled with white flowers.
