Yellow Five-panel Door With Semicircular Window, Brass Hardware, and Brick Wall
Overview
Design of a yellow front door with design for georgian homes.
Description
The door is painted a light yellow color. It features a five-panel design with a symmetrical arrangement: two panels on top and three below. The door hardware includes a brass door knocker positioned above a horizontal brass mail slot centered on the middle panel. A brass doorknob is located on the right side of the door. Above the door is a semicircular window with a sunburst pattern of dark-colored panes. The door is framed by fluted pilasters on either side, topped with decorative capitals. A pediment sits atop the pilasters and the semicircular window, creating a classical architectural element. The door frame, pilasters, and pediment are all painted the same light yellow color as the door. The door is set into a red brick wall. A brass plaque is mounted on the wall to the left of the door. Climbing vines are visible on the brick wall on either side of the door. Two stone urns containing green plants flank the doorway at ground level. A circular mosaic mat with a floral pattern lies in front of the door.
