Farmhouse Graphite Double Door With Grid Design for Cape Cod Homes

Description

The door is a dark, possibly black, paneled design with five rectangular panels. Above the door is a smaller arched window with divided panes. Flanking the door on either side are sidelights, each with multiple vertically stacked panes of glass. The sidelights are framed in the same dark color as the door. Above the door and sidelights is a large arched transom window with a decorative grid pattern. The entire door assembly is framed by a white architrave with decorative keystones at the top corners. The architrave extends down the sides, forming pilasters. The house siding is a horizontal lap style, and appears to be a dark gray color. Two black sconce-style lanterns are mounted on the siding, one on each side of the door. Two potted ferns flank the entrance on the stone walkway. A small rectangular doormat lies in front of the door. The overall style is traditional and elegant.
