Elegant Arched Black Paneled Door With Decorative Metal Grille and Sidelights
Overview
Design of a Maine wrought iron solid panel with french lattice design for georgian homes. With pewter.
Description
The door is a dark, possibly black, paneled door with an arched top. The arch is echoed by a larger architectural archway in white that frames the entire entrance. The door itself has three horizontal panels at the bottom and a larger, arched panel at the top. Above the door is a transom window with a decorative metal grille in a swirling, organic design. Flanking the door are sidelights, also with decorative metal grilles set against glass. The grilles in the sidelights feature a repeating diamond pattern with stylized floral elements. The door hardware appears to be a dark metal, including a knocker and handle. The overall style is elegant and traditional with a touch of gothic or Victorian influence in the grille designs. The archway is supported by white columns with detailed capitals. A small, rectangular window is present above the transom, featuring a more geometric metal lattice.
