Description
The door is a grand, black, paneled entrance door with sidelights and a large arched transom window above. The door itself has a central panel with a slight arch at the top and three rectangular panels below. A decorative lantern-style light fixture is mounted in the center of the door. The sidelights are narrow and each contains four panes of glass. The transom window is a half-circle divided into numerous panes by black mullions radiating from the center. The door frame is black. A white, classical-style architrave surrounds the entire door and transom, supported by white pilasters with decorative capitals. The door hardware appears to be black. The door is set into a red brick wall. To either side of the door are white-framed windows with multiple panes. Black sconces are mounted on the brick wall beside each window. Two black, square planters containing ferns flank the entrance. A rectangular doormat with a diamond pattern lies in front of the door. The entrance is accessed by a set of concrete steps.
