Description
The door is wooden, with a light brown, possibly copper-toned, stain. It has an arched top with a decorative metal scrollwork design above the door. The main door panel has a central section of reeded glass, framed by a metal scrollwork design that mirrors the top arch. Flanking the main panel are two narrow vertical panels, also with reeded glass and smaller metal scrollwork designs. The door hardware, including the handle and lock, is a dark, possibly tarnished, metal. A garland of evergreen branches, red berries, and gold ornaments is draped across the top of the door and down the sides. The door is set within a stone archway, constructed of irregularly shaped gray stones. Two vintage-style lanterns, with illuminated bulbs, are mounted on the stone wall on either side of the door. Two small, decorated Christmas trees in large, light-colored pots flank the entrance. A dark-colored doormat is in front of the door. Snow is visible on the ground and on the trees.
