Elegant Black Plank Door With Semicircular Transom and Sidelights
Overview
Design of a Minnesota double with farmhouse grid design for contemporary homes. With pure white.
Description
The door is a dark black color, possibly painted wood or a composite material, with a vertical plank design on the lower two-thirds. The upper third of the door features a nine-pane window. Flanking the door are narrow sidelights with clear glass. Above the door and sidelights is a large, semicircular transom window divided into numerous panes in a radial pattern. The door is set within a white architrave, which is topped by a small, peaked roof-like structure, also white. The house siding is light blue-gray with white trim. Two black, lantern-style sconces are mounted on either side of the door. A small, dark mailbox is present on the right side. The entrance is accessed by a gray stone landing, and a light brown doormat is placed in front of the door. The walkway leading to the door is paved with gray brick. Two small, conical evergreen trees flank the walkway.
