Description
The door is a composite structure. It features a larger main door with an arched top glass window and a smaller rectangular glass sidelight. Both sections are framed in a material that exhibits a mottled, aged copper-green patina. The main door has a rectangular panel below the glass. A vertical, dark-colored handle is attached to the right side of the main door. Fluted pilasters with acanthus leaf capitals flank both sides of the combined door and sidelight. The door frame includes a decorative header with a simple cornice. The entire door assembly is set against a wall of roughly-cut, irregularly-shaped stones. The ground at the base of the door is covered in small gravel and sparse vegetation.
