Modern Patinated Metal Front Door With Sidelights and Transom Window
Overview
Design of a Oklahoma pivot with minimalist design for mid-century modern homes. With oil-rubbed bronze.
Description
A modern, oversized front door is the focal point, constructed from a dark, patinated metal, possibly bronze or copper, with a vertical central panel detail. A long, sleek, vertical handle in a lighter gold or brass color accents the door. The door is flanked by tall, narrow sidelights with black frames and clear glass. Above the door and sidelights is a transom window, also with a black frame, segmented into multiple rectangular panes. The door is set within a light beige or cream-colored stucco wall. Two tall, cylindrical sconces in a matching metal finish are mounted on either side of the door. A modern canopy with a dark metal roof and wooden underside projects above the door, supported by angled metal brackets. A dark stone step leads to the door, with a natural fiber doormat in front. Two square black planters with rounded green shrubs are positioned on either side of the step. The overall architectural style is contemporary with clean lines and a focus on geometric shapes.
