Grand Arched Wooden Front Door With Leaded Glass and Sidelights
Overview
Design of a Pennsylvania pivot with ornate design for scandinavian homes. With weathered copper.
Description
The front door is a grand, arched entryway. The door itself is made of wood, stained a rich, warm brown. It features a rectangular panel at the bottom and a large arched glass window at the top, separated by a horizontal molding. The glass is decorated with a leaded design featuring geometric and floral patterns. Flanking the door are two narrow sidelights, also made of wood and glass with similar leaded designs. Above the door and sidelights, an arched transom window continues the leaded glass design, with a prominent floral motif at the center. The entire door assembly is framed by a wide, white architrave supported by two white pilasters on either side. The exterior walls are clad in dark blue siding. Copper-toned lanterns are mounted on the wall, one on each side of the door frame. Two square black planters containing green shrubbery flank the steps leading to the door. A copper-colored doormat lies in front of the door on the stone steps.
