Modern Farmhouse Entrance With Gray Door, Sidelights, and Black Trim
Overview
Design of a South Dakota double with farmhouse grid design for victorian homes. With charcoal.
Description
The door is a modern farmhouse style entrance, featuring a central door flanked by sidelights. The door and sidelights are a dark gray or charcoal color, constructed with a grid of square glass panes in the upper portion. The lower portion of the door is solid and paneled. The door has a long, vertical black handle. Above the door and sidelights, there is a transom window divided into rectangular panes. The door is sheltered by a gabled porch roof with a triangular window above the transom, echoing the gable shape. The trim around the door, sidelights, transom, and triangular window is black. White columns with detailed capitals support the porch roof. The house siding is white, and the window frames are black. The entrance is accessed by stone steps with a stone border. A small brown doormat lies in front of the door. Potted plants flank the entrance on either side, and low bushes are planted along the walkway.
