Overview

Design of a South Dakota wrought iron french door with partial scroll design for minimalist homes. With brushed steel. farmhouse decoration.

Description

The door is a double-door design, featuring an arched transom window above. The doors and transom are made of a dark metal, possibly wrought iron or steel. The doors have a decorative, ornate ironwork design with scrolling patterns that fill the glass panes. The transom window also has a similar scrolling ironwork design over clear glass. The doors themselves are paneled below the glass area, with decorative raised detailing. The door frame is also made of the same dark metal. The entrance is framed by a large, white arched structure, supported by two white, fluted columns on either side. The columns have a classical style capital. The wall surrounding the door is a textured beige or light brown stucco. The steps leading up to the door are made of light-colored stone tiles with a variety of shapes and sizes, creating a mosaic-like pattern. There are black lanterns mounted on the wall on either side of the entrance. Potted ferns in dark urns flank the steps. Yellow flowers are planted near the base of the steps. A small brown doormat sits in front of the doors.
